Circleboom Affiliate Program Policy

All Circleboom Affiliates are required to read complete "Affiliate Program Agreement" and "Circleboom Affiliate Program Policy" and remain in compliance with these terms.

Circleboom reserves the right to update and change Circleboom Affiliate Program Policies time to time without notice. We may update its terms in their entirety.

You can log into your "Circleboom Affiliate Program" account at any time to track your visitors, leads, and conversions at https://affiliate.circleboom.com/

1- Commission
  1. Commission Rates: You receive a flat-rate commission based on the customer's first purchase and the tier of the product purchased. Circleboom will give you 30% of all payments they make in the first year for every customer. There is no upper earning limitation.
  2. Duration: You get paid for the first year. For the first year of a Circleboom paid tier subscriber, we share 30% of our gross revenue. For "monthly" users, you keep earning for the first year's 12 consecutive billing cycles (that's one year). For "Circleboom's annual plans" subscribers you referred, you receive a commission for the first payment. For example; if you refer a customer to buy a "Corporate" monthly plan ($298.00/mo), you earn $89.40 each billing term for 12 consecutive billing terms (if the customer continues to use Circleboom on that plan). You would make a total of $1072.80 (12 x $89.40) in commissions.
  3. Payouts: Commissions will be paid last week of each month via PayPal after getting a $50.00 threshold in revenue. Be sure to add your PayPal email during Circleboom Affiliate program sign-up so that we can send you your commissions. We pay commissions on last week of each month for commissions that qualified in the month prior.
  4. Upgrades/downgrades: You do not receive an additional commission if a customer upgrades to a higher tiered product in the future. You also do not lose commission if they downgrade to a lower-tiered product in the future.
2- Limitations
  1. You receive a commission for the first purchase made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click
  2. The customer needs to be an active customer for more than 60 days. For example, a customer who purchases on September 19th must still be a customer on November 20th.
  3. Affiliate links rely on cookies to track sales so the customer cannot have cleared their cookies. We provide a 60-days cookie window.
  4. The tracking cookie will stay 60 days starting clicking your affiliate link. In the event, a single customer clicks two different affiliate links; the first affiliate gets the credit.
  5. Only affiliate links can be used to track sales. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause the inability to track referrals.
  6. You cannot use affiliate links to refer clients you are servicing. You'll need to join the Circleboom Affiliate Program.
  7. Some other limitations may result in a commission not being paid. We encourage you to read the Circleboom Affiliate Program Agreement to learn all the details about the program.
3- Promoting Circleboom
  1. Affiliate Starter Kit: We've created a "Starter Kit" to help you onboard to begin promoting Circleboom products. You may start creating new contents based on these topics and keyword suggestions, and you can use our featured images to draw attention. You may find the "Starter Kit" on our affiliate program page located at https://circleboom.com/affiliate-program
  2. Circleboom Branding:
    • Do: Use the language and assets we've provided you in the affiliate tool, website, social platforms, and YouTube.
    • Do Not: Use false or misleading statements on the benefits of using Circleboom (e.g., "Get rich quick with Circleboom")
  3. What to call yourself:
    • Do: You can call yourself "Circleboom Marketing Program Affiliate," "Circleboom Marketing Affiliate," or "Marketing Affiliate."
    • Do Not: Refer to yourself as a Partner or that you've "partnered with Circleboom." These include but not limited to blog posts, articles, press releases, references in videos, listings on your website, banners, images, or in any other marketing material.
  4. Buying Ads: You can create, buy, and publish ads unless you compete with Circleboom's own advertising, including but not limited to our branded keywords.
4- Other
  1. Survey Participation: We may encourage you to participate in any Affiliate-specific NPS surveys, industry surveys, marketing surveys, etc. as we request.
  2. Sharing Placements: When requested, you'll share the places you've used your affiliate link. This includes, but is not limited to, links, screenshots, and email sends.
  3. Purchasing Circleboom yourself: One of the benefits of the Affiliate Program is we don't require you to purchase Circleboom products. Though if you decide to purchase, we require that you do not use your own affiliate link.
