How to Embed Twitter feeds for many Twitter accounts to your website

. 3 min read

Have you seen those websites that embed Twitter feed on their site and let their readers be aware of their Twitter presence?

There are quite a few reasonable reasons why you should embed Twitter feed to your website. Some of them are:

  • It makes your website more informative:

Your Twitter feed has tweeted on most recent updates and the articles or videos you like. Sharing them with your website readers will make your site more informative and updated.

If you embed Twitter feeds from many accounts on your website, then your website will be filled with hot tips and information about your niche.

When your Twitter feed is embedded on your website, your readers can tweet to your profile or follow you from the feed. This improves your Twitter engagement with your website readers and makes it more engaging for them.

  • Indicates your social presence:

Your Twitter feed on the website makes your social presence obvious and brings their attention to your Twitter profile. Some of them might also look for your other social accounts and be a part of your social promotion.

Embedding a Twitter feed to a website is very simple and by just following the basic steps by Twitter can help you do so.

However, when you try to embed Twitter feeds for many websites to your account, it gets tricky.

It requires you to follow a few extra steps before you can actually accomplish it.

Here are the steps to embed Twitter feed from many accounts to your website:

  1. Create a Twitter list:

The first step is to create a Twitter list of all those Twitter accounts that you wish to embed on your website. You have to make sure that you create a public Twitter list and not private.

If you want to add a lot of accounts, it’s easier if you use a tool like Circleboom to create your Twitter list.

Here are the steps on how you can create your Twitter list with Circleboom: “How to create Twitter Lists with just a few clicks.”

  1. Check your Twitter list from your Twitter account:

Go to your Twitter account and click on “Lists” from the menu under your Twitter cover picture.

Now, you can click on your Twitter list and check if it has all the accounts that you wish to embed on your site.

  1. Copy the URL of your Twitter list:

To get the URL of your Twitter list, go to the list you would like to embed. When the list shows up, copy the link in the browser.

Your Twitter list will have a link URL with the format: https://twitter.com/username/lists/list_name.

Copy the URL from your browser.

  1. Go to Twitter Publish:

The URL of your Twitter list that you copied from the browser has to be pasted on Twitter Publish. Twitter Publish will generate an embed code that you can use to embed all the Twitter feeds on your website.

While you’re on Twitter Publish, you can also customize the appearance of your Twitter feed. You can customize the color, language, and size of your feed.

  1. Paste the Embed Code on your Website:

The embed code generated by Twitter Publish can be used on your website. Wherever you wish to place the Twitter feed, add the embed code and your Twitter feed is on your website.

All set?

Are you set to embed Twitter feed with many Twitter accounts on your website?
