Find People Who Follow a Certain Account on Twitter

. 3 min read

When managing a Twitter account, sometimes you need to find and engage with followers of other accounts in your niche. Recently, I wanted to connect with followers of a popular crypto influencer.

These users were likely interested in blockchain, making them a perfect audience for my content. I finally felt like I had found who to follow. However, when I went to the influencer’s follower list, I realized this task was far from simple.

SPOILER: If you'd like to skip reading the rest of my story and jump directly into how to find who follows an account, click on the button below.

The problems I faced while trying to see someone's Twitter followers

  • First of all, I was unable to see all of that person's followers at once, as Twitter doesn't show them, especially for large accounts.
  • And then, even for the ones I was able to see, scrolling through all those followers was overwhelming.
  • Plus, while some accounts seemed active, others looked like bots or inactive profiles.
I was already at the end of a 40k+ follower list after a few scrolls.

All in all, trying to manually analyze and follow the right ones was not only time-consuming but also impossible to do effectively.

I needed a way to find and engage with real, active users without spending hours of effort.
