My answer here is Circleboom, as I already spoiled at the very beginning. It's actually a comprehensive Twitter management tool, but it may also serve as an influencer marketing tool when used right.
All you need to do is to start with the Search tab from the left menu and then click on "Find Influencers".
Then, you need to type your keyword and select the engagement level.
You can also benefit from the advanced search filters the platform has to offer to make sure you won't be following fake influencers.
The rest will be shaped by your imagination and also your needs. The keywords you'll pick will be crucial but don't forget to benefit from the filters too.
